AP employees’ monthly salary bill preparation AP Cyber Treasuries department started online DDO request website to enter the information of employee to process the bills of employee salaries. DDO request is processing pension cases of respective departments’ payment of employee salaries and other payments. Now DDO request was added some more new features like CPS, Leave Account Updation and Supplementary bill preparations.
Before going for preparation of supplementary bills it is so necessary for us to update the leave account of every employee. We have to enter the number of half pay leaves and earned leaves in the Leave updations tab. After we have to go to supplementary bills preparations. For instance if you have deducted an employee's salaries for week days, it will be displayed at the supplementary bills preparations tab. After that site prompt you to select the dates from which the employee went on leave and the kind of leave he availed. After that you give the required information, your bill will be prepared on online.

Click SUBMIT button.
